Vaccination services

Keywords:

Vaccinations are given at the nurse's reception. Children under school age are vaccinated at the child welfare clinic. School-age children and students are vaccinated in the school and student health care. Adults must ensure the validity of their vaccinations and make an appointment with a nurse for vaccinating at the health centre.

Advice on vaccinations and vaccinations needed for international travel are provided by the health and social services centre. A fee is often charged for vaccines that are not part of the vaccination programme.

The wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland offers this service starting from 1 January 2023.
