Rehabilitating work activities

Keywords:

Rehabilitating work activities are meant for the long-term unemployed, or people in otherwise challenging situations at the labour market. The aim is to improve the client's working abilities and performance, and to strengthen their coping skills.

A person will be referred to rehabilitating work activities through an activation plan, or multi-professional employment plan, which will define the client's service needs. The plan will be devised in cooperation with the client, the TE-office, or local government pilots on employment and the social services in the clien'ts town of residence.
