Omaolo is an electronic service and transaction channel for social, health and oral health care, which supports self-care and self-management, and guides you to the appropriate services if needed. With Omaolo, you can easily assess what kind of care or service you need and get personal guidance to the services in your area.
Omaolo offers 15 symptom assessments and a health check-up, as well as well-being coaching programmes that promotes holistic well-being. You can also use the social service assessments to find out your eligibility for the services. For other non-urgent matters, you can contact the social and health services in your area through the Other contact option.
The service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
