Services for the elderly

The goal of the services for the elderly is to enable every older resident in Southwest Finland to stay in their own home for as long as possible relying on home care and support services.

Are you an older person in need of help?

If you are not yet benefitting from services intended for older citizens, you can contact the centralised customer guidance for older people in Southwest Finland. Customer guidance for older people provides advice for the elderly and their close ones on various service options that support living at home.

If necessary, an appointment for an assessment of the need for services can also be booked for the customer through the customer guidance. The service needs assessment will be carried out at the older person’s home.

The customer guidance helpline is available on weekdays
